Bo Campbell started Bo Campbell Rodeo Productions more than three decades ago, and the business now runs with his children Will, Luke, and Kadee Campbell Cook. The family's signature event, the Bo Campbell Annual Steer Wrestling School at the Robertsdale Fairgrounds, is past its 40th year and has become the primary entry point into the event for young athletes across the Southeast. The school splits into a chute dogging clinic for students and novices and full steer wrestling instruction, with steer saver drills, Sunday jackpots for students, buckles, and a family cookout. Six-time NFR qualifier and 2022 world average champion Kyle Irwin has publicly credited the school with getting him started.
