Good Ranch Spring Steer Wrestling School

Two spring schools are held each April at the Good ranch in Long Valley, South Dakota. Heavy emphasis on basics, foot position, catching the steer correctly, and bending the knee. The day starts with the steer saver, moves to chute dogging, and finishes jumping steers from horseback, with horsemanship pointers on your own horse.
